How Can I Sign into My Afrimash Account?▼
Sign in with your username and password from the login button at the top menu of the website.
I don't remember my password. What can I do?▼
Use the lost-password flow and enter your registered email/username.
How can I change my password?▼
Use this page after signing in: Change My Password.
How do I pay for an order?▼
Basic flow:
- Select item(s) and click Buy Now.
- Proceed to checkout and confirm quantity.
- Choose payment method: Bank Transfer or Card/Online Bank payment.
- Place order and wait for email/SMS confirmation.
Card/online payments are processed via Paystack. Bank transfer/deposit orders are processed after payment confirmation.

When can I make payment?▼
You can pay immediately when placing your order. If price is unstable, use Ask A Question first.
Can I pay after delivery?▼
No. Afrimash requires full payment before shipping.
How do I pay into your account? Can I pay with ATM Card?▼
You can pay online with Mastercard, Visa, or Verve (naira cards), or via Bank Transfer/Deposit into Afrimash Holding Accounts.
How do I place an order on Afrimash?▼
- Click Buy Now to add item to cart.
- Click Proceed to Checkout.
- Set quantity, apply coupon (if any), choose payment method.
- Click Place Order to complete.
Afrimash confirms order status by email/SMS and may call for clarification if needed.
How Can I Get an Invoice for My Order?▼
After payment confirmation and order processing, download invoice from your My Account page. Invoice is also attached to order status emails.
How do I know the status of my order?▼
Afrimash sends regular updates by email/SMS. You can also reply to order emails for support.
What is a Coupon Code? How Do I Use it?▼
Coupon codes provide discounts or free shipping. Enter the code in the Coupon Code box on Cart or Checkout, then click Apply Coupon.
Coupons are time-limited and may not always be available.
What are downloadables?▼
Downloadables are files attached to products/orders (e-books, manuals, data sheets, extra images, terms, etc.), available after payment and processing.
How do I view/access downloadable files attached to my order?▼
- Login to your Afrimash account.
- Open your account menu and select Orders.
- Go to the Downloads tab.
- View and download available files for processed orders.
Some downloads are unlimited; others (e.g. paid e-books) may have limits and expiry.
Do you deliver nationwide?▼
Yes. Pickup is available through shipping partners across Nigeria.
How fast can I get my products delivered?▼
Typical delivery timeline is 3 to 4 days after payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
